THE BAKERY

The Ultimate bakery is a specialist sweet foods bakery, renowned for creating the best and most diverse individual products. The bakery boasts the capacity to produce gluten-free products in bulk (a total of 10% of all production). A typical day in the Ultimate foods bakery sees a large variety of products being produced including rum balls, cinnamon swirls, donuts and muffins.

Ultimate Foods bakery caters to demand with a 200 pallet freezer that stores product until it is ready for delivery. More than 80% of our products are delivered frozen right across Australia, preventing the product from losing quality during transit.

Innovation is one of the crucial elements of Ultimate's success. The team strives to be Australia's leader in consumer driven, inventive sweet baked food. Since 1999, they have always prided themselves on giving it a go, breaking out of 'safe' traditional baking mindsets.

Through Ultimate's commitment to experimentation many fantastic new products have been launched. Out of the huge amount of ideas, products move onto become clear stand outs and huge market successes.
Ultimate has produced Neapolitan muffins, apple and custard tarts, and caramel crème Neenish tarts. Ultimate Foods is focused on working closely with customers and suppliers to develop products that lead to market success.
